Tuna

The Yellowfin Tuna, commonly referred to as Ahi, is a versatile fish, which is consumed raw, cooked and often smoked. Yellowfin is a prized species for the sashimi market. Bigeye Tuna are also commonly called "Ahi." While they are similar in appearance to Yellowfin, they usually have a higher fat content...and bigger eyes! Cannon imports Albacore, Yellowfin and Big Eye tuna from around the world, providing options for varied species, portion cuts, and natural or treated.
