Every customer is unique. Cannon Fish is built around this principle. We produce specialty finfish cuts to exact specifications and help guide our customers to maximum efficiency for portion-controlled programs. Our processing capabilities allow us tight control over dimensional and weight tolerances.

The majority of our processing is done in Cannon's Kent, Washington facility. The 30,000 square foot seafood processing plant was opened in 2015 and features a state-of-the-art portioning system. With a new, high capacity facility, Cannon Fish has the ability to offer custom processing. Our facilities are modern and adhere to the highest levels of food-safety and food-manufacturing practices. In 2016, Cannon earned the Global Food Safety Initiatives' British Retail Consortium (BRC) certification.

Cannon provides many packaging options, including co-packaging, private-label and plain and bulk packaging. We also continue to offer the established Cannon-branded and Cannon Signature Portion products.

In addition to the packaging services noted above, Cannon has professional logistics and warehouse teams that offer comprehensive services. Cannon utilizes a network of professional frozen and refrigerated logistics providers, as well as public refrigerated warehouses throughout Puget Sound and the United States to meet your seafood and finfish needs.
