Premium Seafood

Products and suppliers are monitored and evaluated throughout the entire supply chain and throughout the life cycle of the product from the fishing fleet to the satisfied customer. Food safety and quality management systems are paramount in providing a premium product adhering to Cannon's high internal standards and customer specifications.

Remarkable Value

Providing value to our customers is only achieved by providing safe, wholesome products that meet or exceed quality expectations while adhering to all regulatory and applicable third-party audited food safety standards.

Tradition of Service

Our commitment of service is to our customers; we provide only Premium Seafood and Remarkable Value because our entire team is engaged in the food safety and quality management system at Cannon. This engagement is everyone's job and our number one priority from Quality Assurance and Procurement departments, to Sales and Marketing, to Operations, to Production Line personnel, to Executive management.

The Quality Assurance department drives the implementation and execution of our food safety and quality systems policies on a daily basis. They do this by providing the professional expertise, industry best practice management, and continuous improvement activities around a set of policies and procedures ranging from Complaint Handling, Food Defense, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point (HACCP), Internal Auditing, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Team Member Training, and Risk-Based Assessment throughout the supply chain.
