In 1991, Pete Cannon established Cannon Fish Company. His inspiration was guided by other Pacific Northwest companies whose legacies were built on customer loyalty. Pete's vision was to simply provide the finest-quality seafood to Seattle restaurants and grocers at the most affordable prices. He also realized that quality and price alone would not guarantee the company's success. Today, Cannon Fish's number - one product remains extraordinary customer service - a Northwest tradition!

In 2003, Cannon Fish expanded with the addition of a Singapore office to meet the changing demands of the global market. This Asian operation improved production and focused on procuring and processing quality products sourced from the Pacific and Indian Oceans, and Asia, Central America, and South America. In 2012, Cannon Fish began partnering with global seafood companies to address sustainability by participating in the Sustainable Fisheries Partnership (SFP) Fisheries Improvement Project in Indonesia.

With more than 23 years of experience, Cannon Fish is a leading national supplier of individually packaged and portion-controlled steaks, fillets, portions, and special cuts of fish. Pete's vision and the company's dedication to customer satisfaction have earned Cannon Fish a premier reputation as a trusted and dedicated supplier of finfish from around the world.

Cannon Fish Company was acquired by APICDA (Aleutian Pribilof Island Community Development Association) in 2013. APICDA is an Alaska seafood company serving a greater purpose.
